3.3 Failed or Reversed Transactions

If a deposit fails to credit to your JJWin Login balance, do not attempt the same transaction repeatedly without first contacting support. 4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5. Sports Betting Rules

The Sports section of JJWin Login covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series), Football, Esports and a range of other international sports. The following rules govern all sports bets placed on the platform.

5.1 Bet Placement and Acceptance

A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message and the corresponding amount has been deducted from your account balance. Bets that remain in a pending state due to connectivity issues or system errors are not considered placed until confirmed. If a confirmation is not received, check your bet history before attempting to place the same bet again.

5.2 Void Bets and Abandoned Events

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before the minimum required play period has elapsed, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to your balance. For Cricket matches, this typically means fewer than the required number of overs being bowled under Duckworth-Lewis rules. 5.4 Errors in Odds

In the event that odds are published due to a technical error at a level that is clearly inconsistent with fair market value, JJWin Login reserves the right to void bets placed at those incorrect odds and return stakes to players. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. The platform will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct errors promptly.

6. Casino, Slots and Bingo

Each game operates using a certified random number generator (RNG) or, in the case of Live Casino, a physical dealing process conducted by a live dealer. The platform does not alter or influence game outcomes in any way.

6.1 Game Malfunction

In the event of a game malfunction, technical fault or interruption during a game round, the affected round will be voided and your stake for that round will be returned to your balance. 8. Account Suspension and Closure
